If you are at the point where you need to water down the sweet and sour sauce that you give out with the crab cheese wantons I am worried about what other decisions are being made that I don't see. It's literally the consistency of water.

Best Pho in Pueblo, CO. The spring rolls are great, the staff is always on top of it. This is a small family owned business that deserves your business! Support Pho 50 in pueblo west, local and it’s amazing! Chung and Dakota were absolutely fantastic!

First time coming and a certified regular customer now! Ordered the Spring rolls(4 pc), pork rolls(4pc) and shrimp tempura(6pc). Shared the steak pho added shrimp and it was big enough for the both of us to share! Great flavor and the environment was welcoming. The only negative was being a native Texan I am addicted to sweet tea and I could tell the tea just from the color wasn’t going to be strong enough for me. The owner came and talked to us and that hospitality is rare to find!

This place had decent PHO. I was kinda torn between if I like the broth or not. I've had alot of pho in my life and this is one I wasn't sure about. The broth had flavor but maybe not enough flavor. Beside that for the price I would have like to see more meat in the bowl. I also wish they had some beef tendon in it as well. We ordered the crab ragoons and spring rolls. The spring rolls were good and the peanut sauce was good. They need to add mint to the spring roll to get that flavor. Overall I paid like 29 bucks for those three items. I'm Will go back to see if the broth is diffent nextime I order and will post an update. They also need to buy new booth seats. Alot of them were duct taped. But the place was super clean so that's a plus.

I really enjoy the food they serve. It's cooked to order and the staff is very friendly. The Pho is very tasty. I have recommended this restaurant to my friends. The vegetable spring rolls were also yummy.

Great little spot in Pueblo west! Excellent food for a vegetarian! The pho has great flavor, even with the veggie broth and no mushrooms! I'm very happy with this! The spring rolls were ok. Not the best I've had but the Pho made up for it. The warm green tea on the cold day was also nice. Just the right potency too. I adore the tiny tea cup they use! The location is very easy to find. The staff was quick and efficient. Excellent service! I will definitely come back! Also a great, calm atmosphere.
